حسابك اختياري، وتقدّمك محفوظ على جهازك أيضًا. تسجيل الخروج من التطبيق ينهي الجلسة فقط ولا يحذف بياناتك على الخادم — وللحذف الكامل اتّبع الخطوات أدناه.
أرسل بريدًا إلى hananelqh@gmail.com من عنوان البريد نفسه الذي سجّلت دخولك به، واجعل الموضوع «حذف حساب شفرة الليلة». وإن كنت دخلت عبر Google أو Apple فاذكر البريد المرتبط بحسابك. سنؤكّد الطلب ثم ننفّذه.
يُحذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به: بريدك ومعرّف المستخدم، وتقدّمك وامتيازاتك المخزّنة على الخادم.
قد نحتفظ بسجلّات محدودة مجهّلة الهوية لا ترتبط بك: سجلّات الإشراف والسلامة، وسجلّات منع إساءة الاستخدام، وتحليلات مجمّعة بلا معلومات تعرّف بالشخص.
الرسائل التي شاركتها عامّة وتُحذف تلقائيًّا بعد 30 يومًا. وإن أردت إزالة رسالة معيّنة قبل ذلك، أبلغ عنها من داخل التطبيق أو راسلنا برابطها.
ننفّذ طلبات الحذف خلال مدة معقولة بعد تأكيد هويتك.
Your account is optional, and your progress is also saved on your device. Signing out of the app ends the session only and does not delete your data on the server — for full deletion, follow the steps below.
Email hananelqh@gmail.com from the same email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete Cluvela account”. If you signed in with Google or Apple, mention the email linked to your account. We will confirm the request and then carry it out.
Your account and its associated data are deleted: your email and user id, and your progress and entitlements stored on the server.
We may keep limited records, anonymized and not linked to you: safety and moderation logs, anti-abuse records, and aggregated analytics with no personally identifying information.
Messages you shared are public and are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you want a specific message removed sooner, report it from within the app or email us its link.
We process deletion requests within a reasonable time after confirming your identity.
