شروط استخدام دندش

باستخدام تطبيق دندش فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى اتفاقية ترخيص Apple القياسية عند استخدام نسخة iOS. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

سياسة الخصوصية حذف الحساب الدعم

1. الأهلية وطبيعة الخدمة

دندش مخصّص للبالغين بعمر 18 عاماً فأكثر فقط. الرفقاء والردود مولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وليست أشخاصاً حقيقيين، وقد تكون الردود غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة ولا تُعد نصيحة طبية أو نفسية أو قانونية أو مالية أو مهنية.

2. الحساب والمحتوى

أنت مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات التي تقدمها وعن المحتوى الذي ترسله. قد تُحفظ المحادثات وذاكرة مختصرة لتقديم الخدمة وفق سياسة الخصوصية. يمكنك إدارة الذاكرة أو حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع استخدام دندش لأي محتوى يستغل القاصرين، أو لإيذاء النفس أو الآخرين، أو لنشاط غير قانوني، أو للتحرش، أو لاختراق الخدمة أو التحايل على الحماية والحدود. يجوز لنا تقييد الحساب المخالف أو إيقافه.

4. الخدمة المجانية

تتضمن الخطة المجانية حدود استخدام تتجدد وفق الإعدادات المعروضة داخل التطبيق، وقد تتوفر مكافآت اختيارية عبر الإعلانات. يمكن تغيير الحدود أو العروض المستقبلية مع إظهار الشروط المحدثة للمستخدم.

5. VIP

يتوفر VIP باشتراك شهري أو سنوي متجدد تلقائياً عبر App Store. يشمل محادثات بلا إعلانات وبحد استخدام عادل يصل إلى 1,500 رد ناجح في كل شهر اشتراك. يُخصم المبلغ من حساب Apple عند تأكيد الشراء، ويتجدد الاشتراك ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية الفترة وفق شروط Apple. يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاءه من إعدادات حساب Apple، واستعادة المشتريات من داخل التطبيق. السعر والعملة هما السعر المحلي الظاهر في نافذة StoreKit وقت الشراء.

6. النبضات وإزالة الإعلانات

النبضات مشتريات استهلاكية؛ كل نبضة تمنح رداً ناجحاً واحداً ولا تُستعاد بعد استهلاكها. إزالة الإعلانات عملية شراء غير استهلاكية دائمة للحساب المدعوم، ويمكن استعادتها عبر App Store. الأسعار النهائية هي الأسعار المحلية التي تعرضها Apple قبل التأكيد.

7. الدفع والاسترداد

تعالج Apple عمليات الدفع والفواتير والاسترداد لنسخة iOS، ولا نحصل على بيانات بطاقتك. تخضع طلبات الاسترداد وسياسات الفوترة لقواعد Apple. لا نمنح استحقاقاً إلا بعد تحقق الخادم من معاملة Apple الموقعة.

8. التوفر والتغييرات

قد تتوقف الخدمة مؤقتاً للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن السيطرة. يمكننا تحسين المزايا أو تعديل هذه الشروط، وسنحدّث تاريخها عند إجراء تغيير جوهري. استمرار الاستخدام بعد سريان التحديث يعني قبول الشروط الجديدة.

9. إنهاء الحساب وحدود المسؤولية

يمكنك حذف الحساب نهائياً من داخل التطبيق أو طلب المساعدة عبر البريد. تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي وبالحد الذي يسمح به القانون، ولا نضمن دقة الردود أو ملاءمتها لكل غرض.

Dandesh terms of use

By using Dandesh, you agree to these terms and, for the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and service nature

Dandesh is for adults aged 18 or older only. Companions and replies are AI-generated, not real people. Replies may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Account and content

You are responsible for the information and content you submit. Conversations and short memory items may be stored to provide the service as described in the privacy policy. You can manage memory or delete your account inside the app.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Dandesh for content that exploits minors, self-harm or harm to others, illegal activity, harassment, hacking, or bypassing security and usage limits. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Free service

The free tier has usage limits that renew as shown in the app and may offer optional ad rewards. We may change future limits or offers while presenting updated terms to users.

5. VIP

VIP is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly App Store subscription. It includes an ad-free experience and a fair-use allowance of up to 1,500 successful replies per subscription month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and renews unless cancelled before the period ends under Apple’s terms. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account settings and restore purchases inside the app. The final price and currency are the localized StoreKit values shown at purchase.

6. Pulses and Remove Ads

Pulses are consumable purchases; one Pulse provides one successful reply and consumed Pulses are not restorable. Remove Ads is a permanent non-consumable purchase for the supported account and can be restored through the App Store. Final prices are the localized Apple prices shown before confirmation.

7. Payment and refunds

Apple processes iOS payments, billing, and refunds; we never receive your card details. Refund requests and billing policies are governed by Apple. An entitlement is granted only after our server verifies Apple’s signed transaction.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or causes outside our control. We may improve features or update these terms and will change the date for material updates. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance.

9. Account termination and liability

You can permanently delete your account inside the app or request support by email. The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law, and we do not guarantee that AI replies are accurate or suitable for every purpose.
