Delete your Dandesh account

Dandesh app · Hananel Apps

You can delete your Dandesh account and data in two ways: directly inside the app, or by emailing a request if you’ve lost access to the app.

From inside the app

The fastest way if you can still sign in.

01 Open the Dandesh app and sign in to your account
02 Open the “Profile” tab
03 Tap “Delete account permanently”
04 Confirm by tapping “Delete permanently”
You can also reach it from “Settings” → “Account & data”. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot access the app, send a request to hananelqh@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Dandesh Account", including:

  • The email linked to the account, if any.
  • Your User ID if your account is a guest or has no email.
  • Any info that helps verify ownership without a password.
Open a pre-filled request
Do not send your password, verification code, or any secret. We only ask for enough to verify account ownership.

What happens to your data

Deleted

  • Your account and identity (your email if any, name, gender, age).
  • All your conversations, messages, and conversation memory.
  • Your companions and their settings.
  • Your usage counters, Pulse balance, redemption history, and account-linked VIP and Remove Ads data.
  • Your feedback and support requests tied to the account.

May be retained (anonymized)

  • Safety/moderation logs (may include a snippet), anonymized and not linked to you.
  • Aggregated ad and cost analytics, with no chat content or identity.
  • Anti-abuse records (a hashed device fingerprint).
  • Apple transaction records required to prevent replay and preserve entitlement/refund integrity, after removing your user identifier. The consumable Pulse purchase ledger linked to your account is deleted with the account.
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account or server data; you must use one of the methods above. Email requests are processed within a reasonable time after we verify ownership.

حذف حساب دندوشة

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في دندوشة بطريقتين: من داخل التطبيق مباشرة، أو عبر إرسال طلب بالبريد إذا فقدت الوصول إلى التطبيق.

من داخل التطبيق

الطريقة الأسرع إذا كان بإمكانك الدخول إلى حسابك.

01 افتح تطبيق دندوشة وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك
02 افتح تبويب «الملف الشخصي»
03 اختر «حذف الحساب نهائياً»
04 أكّد بالضغط على «حذف نهائي»
يمكنك الوصول للخيار أيضاً من «الإعدادات» ← «الحساب والبيانات». الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا تعذّر عليك الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل طلباً إلى hananelqh@gmail.com بعنوان "Delete Dandesh Account" متضمناً:

  • البريد المرتبط بالحساب إن وجد.
  • User ID إن كان حسابك ضيفاً أو بلا بريد.
  • أي معلومات تساعد في التحقق دون كلمة المرور.
فتح طلب حذف جاهز
لا تُرسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق أو أي بيانات سرية. نطلب فقط ما يكفي للتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب.

ماذا يحدث لبياناتك

يُحذف

  • حسابك وهويتك (بريدك إن وجد، والاسم، والجنس، والعمر).
  • كل محادثاتك ورسائلك وذاكرة المحادثة.
  • رفقاؤك وإعداداتهم.
  • عدّاد الاستخدام ورصيد النبضات وسجل أكواد الاستبدال وبيانات الحساب المرتبطة بـVIP وإزالة الإعلانات.
  • ملاحظاتك وطلبات الدعم المرتبطة بالحساب.

قد يُحتفظ به (مجهّل الهوية)

  • سجلات الإشراف والسلامة (قد تتضمّن مقتطفاً)، مجهّلة الهوية وغير مرتبطة بك.
  • تحليلات الإعلانات والتكلفة المجمّعة، بلا محتوى محادثات ولا هوية.
  • سجلات مكافحة إساءة الاستخدام (بصمة جهاز مجزّأة).
  • سجلات معاملات Apple اللازمة لمنع التكرار وسلامة الاستحقاقات والاستردادات، بعد إزالة معرّف المستخدم. أمّا سجل شراء النبضات الاستهلاكية المرتبط بالحساب فيُحذف مع الحساب.
حذف التطبيق من هاتفك لا يحذف حسابك أو بياناتك من الخادم؛ يجب استخدام إحدى الطريقتين أعلاه. تُنفَّذ طلبات البريد خلال مدة معقولة بعد التحقق من ملكيتك للحساب.
