تغطّي هذه السياسة تطبيق «شفرة الليلة» لنظامَي iOS و Android. أمّا هذا الموقع التعريفي فله سياسة خصوصية الاستوديو الخاصة، ولا يجمع بيانات منك عبر تصفّحه.
اللعب كضيف هو الوضع الافتراضي ويعمل دائمًا بلا حساب ولا بريد. لضبط الحدود المجانية ومنع الإساءة يُنشأ معرّف جهاز مجزّأ (HMAC) فقط، ولا نخزّن المعرّف الخام.
الحساب الاختياري: عند اختيارك تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple أو بريد (رمز OTP) نجمع بريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف المستخدم فقط — دون اسم أو صورة أو كلمة مرور — لمزامنة تقدّمك وامتيازاتك عبر أجهزتك.
التقدّم والامتيازات: المستويات التي حللتها، والحالة والاشتراكات، وأكواد الاستبدال المرتبطة بحسابك.
المحتوى المُرسَل: الرسائل التي تنشئها وتشاركها عبر «شفّرها وأرسلها» (انظر القسم 5).
معرّف الجهاز المجزّأ: بصمة مجزّأة لضبط الحدود ومنع الإساءة؛ لا نخزّن المعرّف الخام.
نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل اللعبة والمزامنة الاختيارية، وللأمان ومنع الإساءة وضبط الحدود، ولمعالجة المشتريات والأكواد، وللدعم والتحسين.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
يمكنك إنشاء رسالة مشفّرة ومشاركتها عبر رابط. تُخزَّن الرسالة وحلّها على خادمنا (Supabase) ويصبحان قابلين للفتح لأي شخص يملك الرابط — فهي مشاركة عامّة؛ لذا لا تُضمِّن بيانات شخصية أو حسّاسة في الرسائل المُرسَلة.
يفحص الخادم المحتوى آليًّا مقابل قائمة حجب ويرفض المخالف. ويمكن الإبلاغ عن أي رسالة، وتُحجب تلقائيًّا عند تجاوز حدّ البلاغات.
تُحذف الرسائل المشتركة تلقائيًّا بعد 30 يومًا، ويُربط المحتوى بمعرّف جهاز مجزّأ لا بهويتك.
نستعين بمزوّدين موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية:
Supabase — المصادقة وتخزين بيانات التطبيق ووظائف الخادم.
Google AdMob — عرض الإعلانات.
Aptabase — تحليلات مجهّلة الهوية بلا معلومات تعرّف بالشخص.

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob بوضع غير مخصّص افتراضيًّا. الإعلانات بمكافأة اختيارية تمنح تلميحات إضافية، والإعلانات البينية عند فواصل طبيعية فقط، ولا تظهر إعلانات أثناء إدخال الحل. لا تظهر الإعلانات لمن اشترى «إزالة الإعلانات». وتستخدم النسخة الحالية معرّفات إعلانات تجريبية.
يستخدم التطبيق Aptabase لتحليلات استخدام مجمّعة بلا معلومات تعرّف بالشخص، خلف بوّابة موافقة، ولا تتضمّن محتوى رسائلك. ويمكنك إعادة تعيين المعرّف المحلي.
تُعالَج عمليات الشراء (إزالة الإعلانات والحالة والباقات) عبر متجر Google Play أو Apple؛ نستقبل تأكيد الاستحقاق فقط ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك. وتُربط أكواد الاستبدال بحسابك أو جهازك لمنح المنتج.
تُخزَّن بيانات الحسابات في Supabase مع سياسات وصول على مستوى الصف (RLS) تقصر وصولك على بياناتك أنت. وتُحفظ رموز الجلسة مشفّرة على جهازك. لا تُرسل أي رمز سري لنا عبر البريد.
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام الحساب قائمًا أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة. وتُحذف الرسائل المشتركة تلقائيًّا بعد 30 يومًا. وتُحتفظ سجلّات الإشراف ومنع الإساءة مجهّلة الهوية.
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، أو بمراسلة hananelqh@gmail.com عند فقدان الوصول. التفاصيل الكاملة في صفحة «حذف الحساب».
يحق لك، بالقدر الذي يتيحه القانون المعمول به: الوصول إلى بياناتك، وتصحيح غير الدقيق منها، وطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك.
يُحدَّد التصنيف العمري لـ«شفرة الليلة» ومعاملة بيانات الأطفال عند نشر التطبيق في المتاجر، وسنحدّث هذه السياسة عند اعتماده.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر التطبيق أو المتطلّبات القانونية، وسنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.
Cluvela is an Arabic cipher-puzzle app developed by the Hananel Apps studio, which is responsible for processing your data inside the app. For privacy matters: hananelqh@gmail.com.
This policy covers the Cluvela app on iOS and Android. This informational website has its own studio privacy policy and does not collect data from you through browsing.
Playing as a guest is the default and always works, with no account and no email. To enforce free limits and prevent abuse, only a hashed (HMAC) device fingerprint is created; we do not store the raw device id.
Optional account: when you choose to sign in with Google, Apple, or email (an OTP code), we collect only your email address and a user id — no name, photo, or password — to sync your progress and entitlements across your devices.
Progress & entitlements: the levels you have solved, your status and subscriptions, and redemption codes linked to your account.
Shared content: the messages you create and share via “Encrypt & Send” (see section 5).
Hashed device id: a hashed fingerprint used to enforce limits and prevent abuse; we do not store the raw id.
We use data to run the game and the optional sync, for security and abuse prevention and limit enforcement, to process purchases and codes, and for support and improvement.
We do not sell your personal data, nor share it for marketing.
You can create an encrypted message and share it via a link. The message and its solution are stored on our server (Supabase) and become openable by anyone who has the link — it is public sharing, so do not include personal or sensitive information in shared messages.
The server automatically screens content against a blocklist and rejects violations. Any message can be reported, and is automatically blocked once a report threshold is passed.
Shared messages are deleted automatically after 30 days, and the content is linked to a hashed device id, not to your identity.
We use trusted providers to run the app; we do not sell your data or share it for marketing:
Supabase — authentication, application data storage, and server functions.
Google AdMob — serving ads.
Aptabase — anonymized analytics with no personally identifying information.
Google Play & Apple App Store — processing in-app purchases.
The app shows ads via Google AdMob in non-personalized mode by default. Rewarded ads are optional and grant bonus hints, interstitials appear only at natural breaks, and no ads are shown while you are entering a solution. Ads are not shown to users who purchased “remove ads”. The current version uses test ad identifiers.
The app uses Aptabase for aggregated usage analytics with no personally identifying information, behind a consent gate, and containing none of your message content. You can reset the local identifier.
Purchases (remove-ads, status, and packs) are processed through the Google Play or Apple store; we receive only the entitlement confirmation and never see your card details. Redemption codes are linked to your account or device to grant the product.
Account data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) that limits your access to your own data. Session tokens are stored encrypted on your device. Never send any secret to us by email.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the service. Shared messages are deleted automatically after 30 days. Moderation and anti-abuse records are kept anonymized.
You can delete your account from within the app, or by emailing hananelqh@gmail.com if you lose access. Full details are on the “Delete account” page.
To the extent applicable law allows, you may access your data, correct inaccurate data, and request deletion of your account and data.
The age rating for Cluvela and the treatment of children’s data will be set when the app is published to the stores, and we will update this policy accordingly.
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
